Adult Students

1. Program Participants must obey all local and national laws.

2. Program Participants are prohibited from bringing their pets if including accommodation with a host family provided by Mundo Lengua and/or while attending to lessons or activities.

3. Program Participants must take responsibility for all personal property; MundoLengua cannot be held responsible for any Program Participant’s personal property that is lost or stolen.

4. Participants in the Program who have included accommodation with a host family provided by Mundo Lengua are expected to maintain a level of behavior consistent with living in a host family or other shared accommodation. Excessive noise, destruction of property, or any other antisocial behavior is prohibited. Program Participants are responsible for the replacement of locks in the event of lost or stolen keys. Program Participants are also responsible for the replacement of household items or other damaged property.

5. Activities such as inviting guests to the host family’s home, smoking inside the home, use of the family’s telephone, and, if applicable, use of the family’s internet, must be approved by the family.

6. Program Participants will not discuss their host family’s private affairs with anyone other than a MundoLengua representative.

7. Program Participants cannot change their host family without permission from a MundoLengua representative.

8. Program participants must consume alcohol responsibly. In the event that a program participant arrives at class, at their host family’s home (if applicable), or at any excursion or activity organized by Mundo Lengua in an unfit state due to irresponsible alcohol consumption, Mundo Lengua reserves the right to annul or cancel the contracted program.

9. The use, sale, or possession of illegal drugs by Program Participants, or association with any person involved in the use, sale, or possession of illegal drugs, will result in the annulment or cancellation of the contracted program by Mundo Lengua.
