Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy A $500 deposit is due by March 16, 2026. The deposit is fully refundable until March 16, 2026. Final payment is due on or before May 11, 2026.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations made on or after May 11, 2026 will incur a penalty of $3,335. Cancellations made on or after July 6, 2026 are non-refundable (no reimbursement).
Pricing Note Pricing is based on a group of 12 students. If the number of students increases or decreases, the price per participant will be adjusted accordingly.
