Payment Schedule
1st payment due on before May 29 – $400

2nd payment due on before June 29 – $435

3rd payment due on before July 29 – $435

4th payment due on before September 29 – $435

5th payment due on before October 29 – $435

6th payment due on before November 29 -$435

7th payment due on before December 29 -$435

8th payment due on before January 29 -$435

9th payment due on before February 28 -$445

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations after December 10, 2026 receive $365 total reimbursement

Cancellations after February 5, 2027 receive $395 total reimbursement

Cancellations on or after April 2, 2027 will not receive any reimbursement

Pricing Note
Total price ($3890) is based on a group of 20 students and 3 chaperons. If the number of students increases or decreases, the price per participant will be adjusted accordingly.

For example, if 25 students sign up, the total price will go down to $3690 and monthly payments will be adjusted downwards to reflect this new cost.
